Service Overview:
We provide a service to investigate if we can source genuine parts directly from Japanese agricultural machinery manufacturers.
There's a non-refundable investigation fee of $10.
We cover major brands like Yanmar, Kubota, Iseki, Mitsubishi, MINORU, limited to Japanese-made only.
You (the user) submit the part details via online form or email, along with the $10 investigation fee. Provide: [Manufacturer] [Machine Type] [Model] [Part Number] [Quantity] If part number is unknown, describe which part you need. (Photos can be attached for email orders.)
We confirm your request and payment.
We then investigate part availability and report back whether it's possible or not. If available, we'll provide a quote and invoice to confirm your order.
You review the quote and confirm the order by making payment.
We confirm your payment and proceed with procurement.
We order from the manufacturer and ship the parts via international courier once ready. (Shipment notification email sent.)
You receive the parts. (Delivery confirmation email sent around expected date.)

What is the investigation fee?
The investigation fee covers the costs related to gathering information before placing a parts order, such as requesting parts lists from manufacturers, checking stock availability, and researching compatible parts for different models and years.
Please note that if a product is no longer supported due to its age and parts are no longer available, the investigation fee is non-refundable.
Make sure to carefully review the details before placing your order.
We also cannot refund the investigation fee if the purchase of parts does not proceed. Thank you for your understanding.
